We are supporting a confidential client, a well-established IT Services / Consulting company in Switzerland - as they expand their commercial team.
The company is open to profiles with ~1-3 years of experience (up to 5+ depending on fit) and strong motivation to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Your Role
As a Business Manager, you will combine business development with candidate identification and coordination:
* Identify and approach new clients, open doors, and build long-term relationships
* Understand client needs and translate them into concrete hiring/project requirements
* Engage and qualify candidates/consultants, coordinate interviews, and support closing
* Ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for both clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years experience ideally (open to more experienced candidates)
* Strong interest in B2B Business Development (hunter mindset, professional approach)
* Curiosity for IT / Tech (no need to be highly technical, but you must enjoy the topic)
* Experience in IT services/consulting, recruitment, or B2B sales is a plus
* Strong communication skills and team spirit
