We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Network to lead network operations, design, and service management for enterprise environments. This is a customer-facing leadership role combining deep technical expertise with team guidance and service delivery excellence.
Network Routing & Switching
AWS Networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect)
Proxy Technologies: Broadcom Proxy & Squid
Manage network service delivery for customer contracts
Act as primary interface between customer and offshore teams
Handle and resolve technical escalations
Lead and participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls
Drive and guide 24/7 operations teams (L1/L2/L3)
Provide technical leadership, documentation, and training
Coordinate with OEMs for advanced technical support
Ensure service management aligned with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Report network status and updates to key stakeholders
Core Technical Responsibilities
Cisco Routing & Switching
8+ years in design, implementation, and support
Hands‑on with Cisco Nexus (5K, 9K), 35K, 38K, 4500, WLCs & APs
Network monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and firmware management
End‑to‑end configuration and optimization
Management of APs and switches
Experience with large‑scale MPLS/SD‑WAN deployments
Service activation and customer interaction
Template creation and features like TLOC extension
Security (Checkpoint & Palo Alto)
Firewall design, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Enhancing network security posture
NAC and policy‑based access control implementation
AWS Networking
VPC design, hybrid connectivity, and cloud troubleshooting
Proxy Technologies
Broadcom & Squid Proxy configuration
Policy enforcement, performance tuning
PAC file management and troubleshooting
Operations & Automation
Network monitoring and alert management
Network optimization and solution design
Exposure to automation and scripting
Certifications (Preferred)
CCNP / CCIE
ITIL Certification (or strong ITIL knowledge)
SD‑WAN Certification
Checkpoint Certification
