SAP BASIS S/4 HANA Administrator

Next Ventures are partnered with a Swiss founded manufacturing business in their search for an in-house SAP Basis Administrator as they embark on an ECC to S/4HANA Migration.
We’re looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator with a long term interest in developing their skills with SAP Technologies such as BTP and Fiori. You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly alongside the SAP programme director to help guide their partner coordinate key strategic System Administration decisions.
Initially you will be responsible in overseeing and optimizing the performance of their SAP systems as they transition to S/4HANA.
Key responsibilities:
1. System Management: Oversee SAP S/4HANA environment, system performance, updates, and troubleshooting including use of DB HANA, SOLMAN, Fiori, BW/BI, SAP Data Services, and SAP Cloud Technologies
2. Coordination: Manage SLA’s with Managed Service provider and provide high level strategy and guidance to ensure project success and resolution of technical issues
3. Fiori Administration: Configure and maintain SAP Fiori applications for optimal usability.
4. Security & Compliance: Manage SAP authorizations, roles, and ensure audit-compliant user
5. Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve system stability, performance, and efficiency.
6. Data & Technical Support: Assist with data migrations, database management, and provide expert technical troubleshooting.
Your Expertise:
1. Fluent in German or French
2. Proficient in SAP Basis, S/4, BW/BI, HANA DB, Fiori, NetWeaver, SLT, ABAP, and Cloud technologies.
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management with the ability to guide strategic decisions
4. Strong experience with SAP security, user roles, and compliance.
5. Skilled in system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
