Joining a diverse and experienced business facing Trading Team based in Switzerland your responsibilities will include:
Ensure that all distributed products meet client suitability standards
Work closely with cross functional stakeholders especially legal, risk and compliance to interpret regulatory requirements, analyse impact of change and develop suitable solutions/governance frameworks.
Work with an Agile development team to refine and prioritize features and stories.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, testing and retrospectives
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in JIRA and confluence
Requirements In order to be considered for this role, you will possess as many of the following skills as possible:
At least 5 years work experience in financial industry
Knowledge in product governance / regulatory projects / trading / risk / product issuance
Extensive experience with derivatives and structured product
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., ESG, EMIR, MiFID, FinfraG, 871m)
Fluency in English (German nice to have)
