Job description
Responsibilities
Execution and detail planning of renovations, new construction and replacement projects.
Creation of building plans and visualisations from project conception to implementation.
Project management, including cost and quality control.
Maintaining close contact with architects, marketers, customer advisors, owners and governmental authorities.
Work load: 80–100 % based on individual preference.
Qualifications
Diploma or qualification as architectural drafter / drafter (specialised in high‑rise) or experienced in residential construction.
Interest in project management responsibilities.
Proficiency with ArchiCAD and BIM is advantageous but not mandatory.
Self‑description as conscientious, well‑organised and capable of independent work.
