What You’ll Do :
As an Engineering Specialist for chemical plant, you will be the technical lead for modifications and upgrades of production equipment on a chemical manufacturing site. You will:
* Lead or support CAPEX and small-scale operational projects
* Manage design, dimensioning, planning, and installation of new systems
* Collaborate with production, maintenance, and project teams
* Provide expertise during investigations and quality or technical incidents
* Support HSE policies and continuous improvement initiatives
* Based on your strong knowledge in chemical and pharma production sites you will be a key actor interacting with our production specialists, maintenance experts, and project managers.
What You Bring :
* Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
* 5+ years experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of chemical/pharma production equipment (e.g. skids, pumps, piping)
* In-depth knowledge of cGMPs and pharmaceutical regulations
* Proven experience in project execution, contractor and construction management and commissioning activities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects at various levels (from shopfloor execution to contractor coordination and partnering with stakeholders)
* Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in French (written and spoken)
* ATEX knowledge is a plus
