Our client is a bank. We are seeking a Fund Controller Asset Management (m, f, d) with experience in Asset Management.
Responsibilities
* Operational controlling of fund-of-funds mandates
* Controlling of special purpose entities regarding accounting, reporting, and cash management
* Maintaining client relations with investors, fund managers, investment partners, auditors, administrators, etc.
* Monitoring portfolios, funds, and client guidelines
* Checking the consistency and correctness of information and its evaluation
* Monitoring investment reports and reporting obligations to investors
* Controlling internal processes and ensuring compliance with deadlines
* Collaborating on departmental renewals
* Optimizing and maintaining processes
* Contributing to a creative work environment
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
* Professional experience at a bank or in Asset Management
* Experience in fund environment advantageous, e.g., with Private Equity, Real Estate, or Debt
* Interest in global activities with colleagues and stakeholders
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Structured and organized personality
* Interest in working professionally in an intercultural environment
* Independent and team-oriented
* Proficient with MS Office
* Fluent in German and English
