Your Key Responsibilities
* Planning, coordinating and executing a variety of internal and external client‑facing events and delivering measurable results.
* Manage administrative tasks, including invitation management, budget tracking and performance reporting.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams across different service lines and 3rd party vendors such as hotels, caterers, AV companies, etc.
* Utilize internal tools, databases and processes to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
* Elevate EY’s brand presence by ensuring consistent, high‑quality and visible representation across all events, fairs and sponsorships in alignment with the Global Code of Conduct and Global Branding Guidelines.
What We Look For
* 5+ years of experience in event and project management, ideally with exposure to marketing and communications.
* Genuine passion for events, with a dynamic, hands‑on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset focused on creating impactful experiences.
* Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills.
* Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams and functions.
* Tech‑savvy and digitally fluent, with strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly adopt new tools and software.
* Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated, taking full ownership of projects and delivering high‑quality work.
* Thrives under pressure in a fast‑paced, international environment, managing last‑minute changes and tight deadlines with ease.
* Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost‑effective event delivery without compromising quality.
* Process‑minded, with an eye for optimizing workflows, integrating technology and applying best practices to improve efficiency.
* Highly professional and discreet, with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
* Creative, adaptable and solution‑oriented, with a positive, team‑player attitude and a growth mindset—always ready to go the extra mile.
* Previous event agency experience is also welcome, bringing a fresh perspective to the role.
