Leveraging omnichannel strategies and AI-driven tools, you will identify, engage and convert new prospects for our cutting-edge optical tracking systems, trusted by leading Healthcare OEMs worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Prospect Hunting: Use AI-powered analytics and omnichannel outreach (email, social media, webinars, events) to identify and qualify new business opportunities in CAS/RAS markets. Market Expansion: Drive penetration into new geographies and segments by understanding customer needs and positioning Atracsys solutions effectively. Lead Nurturing: Develop personalized engagement strategies to convert prospects into long-term partners. CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, opportunities and interactions in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Business Developer & Marketing to align messaging and campaigns with market trends. Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion rates. What We’re Looking For: Strong interest in medical technology, robotics and surgical innovation. Familiarity with AI tools for sales enablement and omnichannel marketing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced, global environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
