You provide support to the technical and software departments, process reports, prepare offers, and perform various ancillary tasks. You answer phone calls, inform clients, listen to them, and identify their needs. You manage established files and correspondence. Your Profile You hold a commercial employee diploma (CFC) or a medical assistant diploma (CFC). You have experience in a similar position, ideally with knowledge in the medical field. You demonstrate a strong sense of customer service, autonomy, and diligence. You are a person with a good sense of teamwork and enjoy working in a team. You are versatile, flexible, have good organizational skills, and are passionate about your work. You are comfortable with tools and have an excellent command of French, as well as a B1 level in German or English. Additionally, good knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
