Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Recruitment Service Management
2. Responsible for Vendor Mgt linked to Talent and Organizational Development
3. Providing HR BP support for defined Business areas
4. Supporting Head HR Strategic Projects with Project Management activities and Project Portfolio Mgt
Your Qualifications:
5. Master Degree in HR, Economics or Psychology
6. + years work experience in HR
7. Min. 5 years experience as HRBP
8. Min. 3 years experience as Service Manager / Vendor Manager
9. Strong communication and presentation skills with business fluent english language skills
10. Project Mgt certification
11. Partnering, consulting, influencing & relationship management skills
12. Global/international mindset
13. Able to translate business requirements into HRIS
14. Self-starter and fast learner with the experience to quickly establish relationships and be viewed as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
15. High planning and project management and execution capability - able to oversee, plan and execute parallel concurrent activities to serve organization wide plans
16. Strong at analysis (including MS Excel), reporting, presenting and facilitating
17. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information
