This encompasses the thorough understanding and meticulous tracking of all service dependencies and proactive lifecycle management.## **YOUR CHALLENGE**## **YOUR PROFILE*** 5+ years of experience in projects and/or operations of IT applications and/or Data platforms* Dynamic and agile mindset, being passionate about operations, operational improvements, and automation* Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities* Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, co-ordinational and leading skills* Exposure to tools and technologies related to IT service management, Operations and Governance* Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and other relevant frameworks* Experience / understanding of Data Lake / Data Lake House technology stake (Kafka, Kubernetes, S3, VMware)* Experience / understanding of Data architecture, data pipelines and data products* Proven experience in IT service management, operations, and IT governance* Relevant higher education and professional background within computer scienceWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
