Position Summary:
Responsibility to co-pilot the business to ensure the market is on track to achieve its targets
* Co-pilots business development and decision-making in the market, partnering with Commercial Managers
* Builds business plans, identifies gaps and opportunities to meet targets
* Consolidates sales activities within commercial channels, integrating them into budgeting and forecasting
* Manages the MBP process for accurate sales and expense forecasting
* Monitors actuals, identifies deviations, and implements corrective actions
* Delivers business updates to ManCom, highlighting risks and opportunities
A Day in the Life of a Performance Marketing Specialist
* Facilitates operational plan consolidation, setting challenging yet achievable goals
* Participates in generating demand strategy development and ensures execution aligns with plans
* Optimizes sales investments, establishing ROI evaluation strategies and learning logs
* Prepares and analyzes sales and TTS reports, linking actuals with risks and opportunities
* Monitors sales MOGEs, advising on resource planning and variance tracking
* Ensures compliance with internal controls and guidelines
* Acts as an ambassador between finance and sales teams for transparency and collaboration
* Provides financial insights for business growth and supply chain initiatives
* Develops a global community of sales co-pilots
* Participates in e-commerce strategy, financial tools, and long-term planning
* Enhances sales, marketing, and finance acumen through training and support

What will make you successful:
Education:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience in related fields
Professional experience:
* 5–8 years in Finance/Controlling, preferably in FMCG
* 2+ years in Sales or Commercial Finance partnering
* Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Knowledge of trade spend, customer profitability, and commercial strategy
* Business acumen and strategic thinking
* Advanced financial modeling and reporting skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management
* Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset
