Position
Sr. Manager, Demand Planning Separation – DePuy Synthes (a Johnson & Johnson business). The role is duration-based and involves supporting the separation process across multiple locations (West Chester, PA; Florida; Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; Zuchwil, CH).

Key Responsibilities
Work with markets and regions to validate DPS demand planning process and associated systems are correctly set up for post‑separation.
Provide a checklist to each market, ensuring local demand‑planning considerations are addressed.
Maintain current flow of demand data from markets to global planning systems as the post‑separation IT landscape is established.
Plan and schedule user testing to confirm readiness for Day 1.
Ensure new demand hierarchies in relevant systems and reporting tools align with the new DPS commercial organization structures.
Set up data‑correction processes to quickly identify and address errors or gaps in demand data feeds and market‑level input errors.
Work with markets to prevent system disruptions affecting the monthly IBP demand‑planning process leading up to Day 1.
Meet performance metrics: sign‑off from all DPS market leads; seamless continuity of the monthly demand‑planning process leading up to Day 1; end‑to‑end data completeness and accuracy validated for Day 1.

Base pay range: $122,000.00 – $212,750.00. Eligible for long‑term incentive program and company 401(k) retirement plan.
Benefits
Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado, 56 hours for Washington)
Holiday pay: 13 days per calendar year plus floating holidays
Work, personal and family time: up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care
Bereavement leave: 240 hours for immediate family (40 hours for extended family per year)
Caregiver leave: 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period
