International & Intercompany Sales Manager
To strengthen our commercial organization, we are looking for an International Sales and ICO Manager who will play a central role in supporting international sales activities, managing selected markets, and coordinating intercompany opportunities within the Safran Group.
Major Responsibilities
* Sales Management: Manage and develop sales activities in assigned entry level markets, act as primary point of contact for customers and partners, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, maintain market awareness, and manage opportunities via CRM.
* Business Partner Management: Manage and maintain relationships with Business Partners and distributors, onboard and manage partners, support trade compliance and export control requirements.
* Ultisense Commercial Support: Support the Ultisense business line with rapid commercial actions, manage lead intake, coordinate seeding activities, and prepare quotations for smaller opportunities.
* ICO (Intercompany) Offer and Fulfillment Management: Act as focal point for ICO opportunities, maintain relationships with stakeholders, identify and track upcoming opportunities.
Profile
* Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in international sales, commercial operations or business development.
* Ability to work across multiple internal stakeholders and organizational interfaces.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to manage opportunities efficiently.
* Comfortable working in an international and technical environment.
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages an advantage.
* Travel activity max. 10‑15%.
