You will ensure standardized, reproducible, and secure operations across multiple environments, contributing to a robust and protected private cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development, and operations teams to achieve project goals. - Engineer, operate, and continuously optimize Microsoft-based services within the project environment. - Ensure the quality, stability, and security of all operated services. - Contribute to the ongoing development of the project platform and operational processes. - Support a secure and stable private cloud infrastructure using modern technologies. - Operate and further develop a dedicated collaboration platform within a protected environment. - Implement and maintain automation and standardized deployment practices. Required Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science (EFZ, University, University of Applied Sciences, or Higher Vocational School), - Technical EFZ with further education in Computer Science, or Equivalent professional experience with relevant advanced training in Computer Science. Must-Have skills: - Strong expertise in Windows system administration (Windows Server, WSUS, MECM). - Solid experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (SE) infrastructure. - Administration and troubleshooting of Exchange services (mail flow, transport, DAGs, OWA, MAPI, ECP, Autodiscover). - Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange-related components. - Experience ensuring security and compliance (TLS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, DLP, encryption, auditing, eDiscovery). - Monitoring and performance optimization of Windows and Exchange environments. - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. - Good understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, load balancers, security. - Experience with automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, GitLab). - Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps practices.
