Quality Control
Draft test plans for releases, projects, and products throughout the year. Carry out test plans, including setup, oversight, and reporting. Actively back test campaigns and help testers as needed. Pre‑check bugs to give first‑level assessments and send them to the right team. Track bug backlogs and drive timely fixes. Push for and apply test automation where it adds value. Ensure readiness of test settings and upkeep the test ecosystem. Oversee security audits & penetration testing campaigns.
Quality Improvements
Review and streamline the test process for greater efficiency. Challenge traditional Quality Control practices and shift towards Quality Assurance approaches. Assess Front Tech's quality maturity using an in‑house framework. Contribute to the continuous quality improvement plan. Lead the rollout of quality practices and tools within the group. Advocate for a culture of quality among all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Proven experience in testing, test automation, test analysis & test management
* Familiarity with Agile setups (Scrum) and BDD methodology
* Background in software development or software automation
* Ability to develop tools through scripting or small development projects
* Able to critically leverage LLM capabilities in daily work
* Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook – Jira X‑Ray know‑how is a plus
* Basic experience with Bamboo, SonarQube, Git, and/or Kibana is beneficial
* Knowledge in financial and/or banking fields is helpful
* Highly well‑organized and structured; strong critical thinking skills
* Skilled in running and leading effective meetings and workshops
* Able to handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time
* Calm under pressure, with proven time and priority management skills
* Team player; strong communication skills, both with IT and non‑IT colleagues, clients, and management
