As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.
You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what's behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client's portfolio.
Main tasks:
Design & Execution: Lead Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Basic, and Detailed Design for complex cGMP process systems (e.g., bioreactors, UF/DF, CIP) and utility skids.
Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain compliant PFDs, P&IDs, and User Requirement Specifications (URS), ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory standards.
Engineering Analysis: Execute rigorous mass and energy balances and process simulations (e.g., AspenTech) for precise equipment sizing and specification.
Project & Quality: Manage vendor qualification, FAT/SAT, and procurement for bespoke equipment.
Required qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Pharma/Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering
Experience: 5+ years in a validated cGMP pharmaceutical or bioprocessing environment
Expertise: Deep knowledge of aseptic processing, fluid dynamics, and equipment sizing
Languages: Fluent English, a fluent German level is also mandatory
