Role Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Financial Operations Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks within assigned programs.
This includes monitoring program processes, training stakeholders on our services and systems, evaluating change requests, and ensuring agreements are implemented and monitored.
You will also be responsible for timely reporting and escalating risks, exceptions, and incidents to your superior.
In addition, you will participate in user acceptance testing of new features and develop professional relationships with business partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or relevant discipline
* Experience in operations roles, ideally within supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industry
* Fluent in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel
* Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficial
