Each of our ingredients responds to unique and essential needs, and they enable healthier lifestyles. /p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 h3Strategic Leadership /h3 ul liDefine and execute multi‑year regional sales strategy aligned with aligned with the Bioindustries Commodities business group strategy. /li liDrive commercial excellence initiatives to expand market share in food manufacturing, including value‑added ingredients, specialty solutions, and co‑development partnerships. /li liEvaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to shape strategic priorities. /li /ul h3Commercial Customer Leadership /h3 ul liLead negotiations for complex, multi‑year, high‑value agreements and partnerships. /li liChampion customer‑centric innovation in collaboration with RD, Technical Support, and Marketing. /li /ul h3Business Development Expansion /h3 ul liLead geographic and segment expansion, including new channels, adjacencies, and partnership models. /li liAssess capital investment needs and recommend resource allocation for sustainable growth. /li /ul h3Organizational People Leadership /h3 ul liBuild and develop a high‑performing regional sales organization. /li liDevelop future leaders; strengthen commercial competencies, value selling, and account management methodologies. /li liShape a culture of performance, collaboration, and compliance. /li /ul h3Financial Risk Management /h3 ul liOversee PL elements related to pricing, volumes, margins, and operating costs. /li liEvaluate risks (supply, regulatory, logistics) and implement mitigation plans. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need: /h3 h3Education: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA valued /li /ul h3Experience: /h3 ul li12+ years with proven senior leadership in sales /li liStrong track record in food manufacturing, ingredients, or B2B food solutions /li /ul h3Position Type/Expected Hours of Work /h3 ul liThis is a full‑time position that will occur from Monday - Friday. /li /ul h3AAP/EEO Statement /h3 pRoquette strives to create a dynamic workforce while remaining firmly committed to equal opportunity by complying with EEO laws. /p pAs we continue to grow, Roquette understands that to be successful we must always be inclusive in our approach. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
