This role is central to delivering large-scale SAP programs that underpin dormakaba’s core business processes across finance, supply chain and operations. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liTake full ownership of strategic programs from initiation through to successful delivery and value realization, managing scope, timelines, budget, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams and partners. /li liEstablish and lead governance structures with senior business and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment and effective decision‑making. /li liSteer execution on a day‑to‑day basis, proactively resolving issues and clarifying complex, fast‑moving environments. /li liLead cross‑functional, multi‑vendor teams across regions, fostering collaboration and a strong sense of shared accountability. /li liBuild alignment across stakeholders, ensuring delivered solutions are anchored sustainably within the organization. /li liPromote a structured and transparent approach to risk, quality and change management, ensuring stability and long‑term value creation. /li /ul h3SAP Focus /h3 pSAP transformations are at the core of this role. You bring strong experience in managing complex SAP landscapes and understand the critical success factors of large‑scale implementations. While you are not expected to configure SAP systems yourself, you have the expertise to challenge delivery approaches, assess integration risks, and ensure alignment between functional, technical and business perspectives.
