The Loss Prevention Manager leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset protection within the assigned locations. Responsibilities include theft investigations, workplace violence/workplace incident management, interviews, and physical security of buildings.
Responsibilities
* This role is not remote; the workplace is on site.
* Working onsite from Monday to Friday and on-call for emergencies.
* Availability to travel according to business requirements. The Manager reports to the Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
* Adaptability to work on shifts depending on operational requirements.
* Shrink management and investigations experience required.
* Law enforcement engagement experience.
Basic Qualifications
* Completed Bachelor's Degree.
* B2+ English advanced level.
* 5+ years experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or distribution center environment.
* Solid experience as responsible of the execution and strategy for Loss Prevention activities for a physical site (Fabric, warehouse, retail store, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
* Solid experience with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and video review systems.
* Solid experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control.
* Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills.
* 5 years’ experience in multi-site/country environment managing security and loss prevention in supply chain, industrial, logistics, transportation, express delivery.
* CPP, PSP, TAPA training will be noted as a plus.
* Interviewing and Interrogation experience desired, Wicklander and Zulawski certification is a plus.
* Operational management experience in distribution and express delivery is advantageous but not essential.
* Functional knowledge in developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing security policies and procedures; conducted physical security risk assessments of facilities including manufacturing, distribution, trade, and office.
* Business English.
