PpbLIMS Solution Architect – LabVantage / Labware – 6680 /b /p pWe are currently supporting a well-established consulting client in Switzerland in their search for an experienced LabVantage LIMS Solution Architect. /p pIn this role, you will lead the end-to-end solution architecture for LabVantage LIMS implementations at enterprise scale. You will define scalable, compliant, and optimized workflow designs aligned with business objectives, while ensuring architectural consistency across global and multi-site deployments. /p pYou will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and customers within an agile delivery framework. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the end-to-end architecture and design of LabVantage LIMS solutions across enterprise and multi-site environments. /li liDesign and configure complex workflows covering sample lifecycle management, testing, review, approval, and release processes. /li liArchitect workflows for DNA/RNA sequencing, Request Management, Advanced Storage Logistics, and Package Inventory Management. /li liDefine standardized and reusable workflow frameworks to support scalable global deployments. /li liEnsure alignment with best practices, performance, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance requirements. /li liDesign and document upstream and downstream system interfaces. /li liPartner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust solution architecture and workflow designs. /li liAct as the primary design authority, ensuring functional and technical consistency across implementations. /li liReview and validate functional designs, configuration strategies, and technical solutions delivered by project teams. /li liProvide architectural guidance to Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams. /li liPromote configuration-driven approaches and define customization strategies to ensure long-term platform sustainability. /li liContribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and architectural design reviews. /li liEngage directly with customers to lead solution workshops, architecture walkthroughs, and design validation sessions. /li liMentor junior team members on LabVantage best practices and workflow architecture. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liMore than 10 years of experience in Life Sciences IT, including at least 5 years focused on LabVantage LIMS. /li liProven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in enterprise-scale LabVantage implementations. /li liStrong hands‑on expertise in workflow configuration and optimization within LabVantage. /li liDeep understanding of sample lifecycle management, DNA/RNA sequencing workflows, Request Management, Advanced Storage Logistics, and Package Inventory Management. /li liExperience designing enterprise, multi-site LIMS architectures. /li liExperience defining configuration vs. customization strategies. /li liStrong documentation skills, including architecture diagrams and workflow models (Visio, Mural). /li liKnowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO). /li liExperience delivering complex programs within agile environments. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
