Market Development Specialist - German-speaking Switzerland
We are seeking an experienced professional to develop the market and manage client relationships in German-speaking Switzerland, with a focus on Zurich and the Northeast region.
The primary role will be to maintain and advise existing clients, ensuring high-quality service in collaboration with internal teams, using available ERP tools. This includes developing the consumables business, identifying new projects, managing and supporting the partner network, and strengthening the company's reputation and market presence.
* Maintain and advise existing clients, ensuring high-quality service in collaboration with internal teams, using available ERP tools.
* Develop the consumables business by acquiring new customers and optimizing the reseller network, while ensuring quality service and a strong market reputation.
* Identify new projects in close collaboration with the reseller and partner network, as well as internal colleagues.
* Manage and support the partner network, ensuring their training and performance monitoring.
* Actively contribute to infrastructure projects and coordinate technical aspects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Strengthen the company's reputation and market presence, reinforcing its image as an innovative leader.
* Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitors, ensuring valuable insights are communicated to management.
About the Role
This is a mid-senior level full-time position within Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a technical or commercial degree and proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

* You are fluent in German (ideally Swiss German) and have a good command of French.
