About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Specialist (L2) to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations at our customer’s office. This is a two-month backup assignment requiring independence and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Provide Level 2 technical support for workstation environments.
* Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.
* Support standard operating systems and common office applications.
* Perform PDA configuration and support.
* Assist with TCP/IP network-related issues in workstation environments.
* Work independently on-site and provide guidance to other technicians when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Advanced knowledge of workstation environments:
o Standard hardware and operating systems.
o Common office applications (certifications are a plus).
* Experience with hardware repairs and PDA devices.
* Intermediate understanding of TCP/IP networking.
* Strong communication skills in native German and English (third language is a plus).
* Ability to work independently at customer sites.
* Technical associate degree or equivalent experience.
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support.
