The Finance team is facing a period of change and integration, and we are seeking an experienced Interim Finance professional to lead a team of about 6 professionals across accounting, treasury, and international tax, reporting to the CFO. The candidate should be a hands-on manager with strong finance IT skills, especially in SAP and Tagetik, and fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus. Tasks The role involves stabilizing and leading all core financial operations during a major post-merger integration and digital transformation. Responsibilities include: Overseeing accounting, treasury, and tax compliance across four legal entities in Switzerland, Germany, Slovenia, and the US. Providing functional leadership and acting as a key liaison with Group Finance. Ensuring operational continuity during leadership transition and system rollout. Driving improvements in closing processes and supporting consolidated reporting development. Leading financial process integration for a new SAP FI rollout at an Italian subsidiary. Supporting the implementation of a group-wide consolidation platform (Tagetik). Collaborating with tax advisors, auditors, and IT consultants. Requirements Candidates should have: Proven experience as an interim finance executive or senior finance leader in a multinational SME environment. Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules and ERP rollouts. Strong knowledge of cross-border accounting and tax frameworks, especially VAT between Switzerland and the EU. Familiarity with German GAAP (HGB). Experience managing financial operations across European and North American subsidiaries. Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and excellent communication skills. Experience in international business and post-merger environments. Passion for contributing to digitalization and finance excellence initiatives. Willingness to support a contract extension into Q1 2026, including year-end closing and audits.
