Job description
* Pilot-scale organic synthesis of base oil components (up to 100 L) in an ATEX-certified environment
* Execution of all production stages, including:
o Raw material and reagent ordering
o Formulation and synthesis
o In-process controls (IPC) and quality control (QC)
o Product purification
* Operation and routine maintenance of production equipment
* Development, adaptation, and documentation of SOPs for synthesis and equipment maintenance
* Laboratory-scale lubricants formulation and polymer synthesis
