Commercial Manager (Remote within England) £45,000–£60,000 base salary + uncapped commission | OTE £80,000–£90,000
About The Role
* We're looking for a Commercial Manager to drive sales across our client's international events and digital platforms. This is an important role in a growing business focused on innovation and impact.
* Lead commercial strategy and high-value sales campaigns across key products. 75% new business; 25% existing (to start with).
* Manage strategic accounts and play a central role in client retention and growth
* Shape the future of the business with the opportunity to grow into a Head of Sales role
What You'll Do
* Your focus will be on delivering commercial success through a mix of direct sales, strategic planning, and client engagement.
* Run sales campaigns for flagship events and digital offerings (UK and US markets) with a primary focus being to look after our client's growing event in Boston.
* Represent commercial interests in new product development and delivery
* Build structured sales processes and reporting systems to support growth
Who You Are
* We’re looking for someone with a proven sales record and the drive to grow in a fast-moving, mission-led environment.
* 3–5+ years in B2B event sales, with high-value solution sales experience
* Proven ability to be able to work 100% remotely
* Experience within healthcare (events particularly) would be ideal
* Motivated, commercially strategic, and committed to honest, purpose-driven work
