Overview
Lead Warehouse & Logistics role at ten23 health based in Visp. The position focuses on ensuring the smooth, GMP/GDP-compliant flow of materials and products within a holacratic environment that emphasizes freedom, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our warehouse and logistics functions, complying with GMP and GDP regulations.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
* Ensure warehousing, picking, and shipping processes are efficient and compliant with relevant standards.
* Own or contribute to deviations, change requests, and CAPAs.
* Maintain accurate inventory management, optimize warehouse organization, and drive continuous process improvements.
* Lead or contribute to cross-departmental projects such as system launches, facility expansions, or integration of new service providers.
* Collaborate with production, quality assurance, purchasing, and external service providers to ensure integrated operations.
* Utilize and develop ERP systems (specifically MS Dynamics) to document and control all logistics processes.
* Prepare for and support audits and inspections conducted by authorities, demonstrating compliance commitment.
Qualifications
* Degree in logistics, business administration, pharmaceutical technology, or equivalent.
* Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a management role.
* In-depth knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations and practical implementation.
* Proven experience managing projects within a logistics or warehouse environment.
* Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP).
* Strong supportive leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
* Hands-on mindset with initiative and solution orientation.
* Very good written and spoken German and English.
