What You Will Do
Own and drive the global tax strategy, partnering with executive leadership to align tax planning with business objectives and optimize the group’s overall tax position.
Establish and continuously enhance a best‑in‑class tax governance framework, ensuring robust internal controls, risk mitigation, and compliance across all jurisdictions.
Provide strategic oversight of global tax compliance and reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
Lead transfer pricing strategy and oversee tax aspects of strategic initiatives, including M&A, restructurings, and cross‑border business models.
Act as a trusted advisor and senior stakeholder partner, managing relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors while leading tax audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
10+ years of progressive experience in international tax (Big 4 and/or multinational environment), with a strong track record in leading complex global tax operations.
Deep expertise in tax planning, compliance, governance, and international tax structures, including transfer pricing and M&A transactions.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional initiatives in a global, matrix organization.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent in English and German, with a strategic mindset, high level of ownership, and willingness to travel (10%).
