Manages project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication at senior leadership levels. Drives delivery of complex TT programs within regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Non-Negotiable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience BSc or MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a comparable discipline
Demonstrated experience managing large international projects or programs
Proven experience in technology transfer (TT) or CMC within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Proven experience working within regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments
Fluency in English and French
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Experience collaborating with external partners
Experience defining and implementing project execution strategies across Quality, Supply, Procurement, and Manufacturing
Experience developing and managing project plans, timelines, and KPIs
Experience managing project risks and maintaining risk registers
Experience reporting project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership (Director/VP level)
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
Experience coordinating resource allocation across global and local teams
Experience supporting technology transfer activities for large molecule products
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Fluency in Portuguese
Project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
Experience working with teams in Brazil or Latin America
Willingness to travel internationally
Experience supporting receiving unit readiness and on-site TT activities
