Chef d'atelier menuiserie - CDI (H/F)
JobCourier, in partnership with Adecco, is seeking a motivated, organized workshop leader able to manage a modern production team in the Lausanne region.
Responsibilities
* Daily management of a workshop focused on wood, furniture, and custom component manufacturing.
* Work planning, task allocation, and deadline management.
* Quality control and compliance of finished pieces.
* Coordination with installation crews, technical office, and senior management.
* Tracking of equipment, supplies, and routine maintenance.
* Active participation in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* CFC in joinery or equivalent training; proven atelier experience.
* Knowledge of traditional manufacturing methods and CNC technology.
* Strong team management and communication skills.
* Excellent organization, leadership, and prioritisation.
* Fluent French; English or German is an advantage.
