Service Description
Provide support for customer-approved end user devices such as desktops, laptops, and printers.
Provide priority assistance to VIP users when feasible.
Provide IMACD and administrative support – Hands and feet for client locations during local business hours for End User Computing, print and file server, IP telephony, and video conferencing systems.
Coordinate with Third Party Vendors (TPV) and OEMs for PCs, laptops, and printers.
Support audio-visual room systems on demand in coordination with the collaboration team.
Support IP telephony end user devices, such as IP telephones, when required.
Provide onsite services including IMACD, hardware breakfix, deskside software support, refresh & disposal, and hands & feet support.
Handle Service Requests and IMACDs.
Support hardware breakfix for customer-provided end user devices.
Provide hands and feet support for server break/fix.
Deliver end user desk side support.
Maintain knowledge management resources like SOPs and Troubleshooting Guides.
Manage inventory for client locations.
Ensure onsite support during local business hours.
Fluency in the local language as per geographical and cultural requirements, along with good proficiency in English.
Oversee installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, adds, and changes for all EUC equipment, software, and related services.
Coordinate, plan, and schedule IMACDs with all affected IT functions.
