DREAME is growing strongly in the Swiss market. To further professionalize our retail and online presence, we are looking for a proactive and execution-driven personality as Retail & Channel Marketing Manager.
In this role, you are responsible for the cross-channel visibility, activation, and performance of the DREAME brand in physical retail and online business, with a clear focus on sell-out, brand excellence, and measurable results.
Your Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for Retail & Channel Marketing across physical retail and online sales channels (pure players, marketplaces, e-retail)
* Maximizing brand visibility in retail, especially through:
* Brand zones
* Endcaps
* Special placements and POS activations
* Ensuring an excellent online presence, including:
* Brand worlds
* Brand pages
* Content and visibility standards with retail partners
* Development, planning, and management of channel-specific promotions in close cooperation with Business Development Management, with the goal of perfect execution and maximum commercial success
* Evaluation of all promotional activities based on ROI and sell-out impact
* Responsibility for the field force concept, including:
* Definition of goals and KPIs
* Definition of training and focus topics in coordination with the Head of Sales and Sales Director
* Operational coordination of the promoter team (approx. 20 people) via an external agency
* Close cooperation with Sales, Marketing, and teams from other product categories
* Preparation of regular reports and performance analyses
* Planning and participation in trade fairs and relevant industry events
Your Profile
* Several years of experience in retail, channel, or trade marketing, ideally in consumer electronics or branded goods
* Very good understanding of retail mechanics, POS excellence, and online retail logic
* Experience working with Key Account / Business Development Management and managing promotions
* Analytical, structured, and performance-oriented way of working
* High level of personal responsibility and strong execution skills
* Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
* Languages: German and French, as well as English, are mandatory; Italian is an advantage
* Work model: 4 days in the office
