To strengthen our international F&B team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic Demi-Chef de Rang for the current winter season 2025/2026!
Key Responsibilities
* Serving food & announcing it at the table
* Managing your own station
* Welcoming and looking after guests
* Bread & butter service
* Water service
* Food running from the kitchen pass to the various outlets
* Breakfast service and à la carte service in the evening
* Daily mise en place tasks
* Buffet service
* Cleaning tasks in the restaurant and office
* Compliance with internal hotel standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Completed training in a comparable hotel and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
* Resilience, tidiness, and a very high awareness of quality.
* Structured and organized way of working.
* Keen interest in team-oriented work.
* Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest.
* Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
