Specialist, QA Policy & Governance (Temporary)
We're recruiting for a Specialist, QA Policy & Governance for an international organization active in health product procurement to strengthen its Quality Assurance framework across sourcing, supply, and delivery of health products.
Key responsibilities
Develop, review, and improve QA policies and guidelines aligned with international standards
Support QA policy governance, implementation, and monitoring across the value chain
Provide expert advice on QA requirements and operationalization
Contribute to QA data, KPIs, and IT tools for performance monitoring
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on QA policy matters
Profile
Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, Law, or related field
Strong experience in Quality Assurance management and policy development
Experience in international or regulated environments
Proven stakeholder engagement and cross"‘functional collaboration skills
QA or quality"‘related certification an asset
