Legal Department (SJEN)The SJEN is a cross-functional service within the Department of Security, Population and Culture (DSDC). It supports the entire cantonal administration as well as the legislative and executive authorities. The service consists of 29 employees.MissionsYou will handle all legal issues that arise for the administration and its establishments, particularly in the following areas:- planning/construction;- road traffic;- the environment.In the complex environment of the areas concerned, independently and responsibly, you will mainly draft decision projects on appeals, prepare legal opinions, draft texts, and provide advice.This position is to be filled between 60% and 80% until December 31, 2025, as a fixed-term contract (CDD).Your profileHolder of a bachelor's or master's degree in Swiss law, you have at least 3 years of professional experience. The bar exam is an asset. You have a marked interest in public law and possess a great sense of responsibility and a real ability to work independently as well as within a team.
