What You’ll Work On
Building the Strategy ️
* You’ll create growth plans specific to our staking protocols. The key here is messaging that connects with institutional clients on a deeper level. They’re thinking about yield opportunities, governance influence, and infrastructure security. You’ll figure out how to make our story resonate.
Educational Campaigns
* This could involve anything from hosting a webinar on staking rewards to creating long-form articles on validator economics. It’s about providing actionable, clear info that builds trust. Less “sales pitch,” more “let us help you understand the value here.”
Connecting the Dots
* A big piece of the job is breaking down technical concepts—like APRs, security guarantees, or governance mechanisms—and shaping them into messaging that’s practical and compelling for institutional decision-makers. Probably the toughest part, but the most rewarding too.
Balancing Creativity and Data
* You’ll measure campaign performance and get insights from the numbers. Whether that’s looking at adoption funnels or checking what content drives engagement, you’ll refine approaches to get better results next time.
What We’re Looking For
* You have B2B Growth Marketing experience, ideally with staking protocols, validator services, or yield-based products. ️
* You’re comfortable simplifying technical topics—staking rewards, economics, governance—while keeping the depth that institutional clients expect.
* You understand how different organizations think. Whether it’s DAOs, hedge funds, treasuries, or family offices, you know their unique goals—and how to speak to them. ????
* You’ve worked in blockchain or Web3 (a must) and maybe even in fintech or other industries that focus on scaling complex technical products.
