Responsibilities: Planning & Scheduling Prepare and distribute a monthly schedule for maintenance technicians, clearly site assignments Share schedules with the Head of Security & Maintenance to ensure full in daily meetings to align priorities Team Leadership & Supervision Hold regular on?site meetings with the maintenance team Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and monitor progress Keep the Head of Maintenance fully informed of all ongoing work, challenges, and developments, including minor issues and details Inspire and support the maintenance team X, knowledge sharing, and continuous development Develop and document maintenance procedures Contractor & Service Supervision Supervise external contractors working on site to ensure quality, safety, and compliance Monitor service execution to guarantee efficiency and reliability Maintain strong floor presence during daily and special events Technical & Support Provide technical guidance in maintaining and repairing campus equipment and infrastructure Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities Ensure proper functioning of access control systems, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, safety signage, and other safety & purchase orders (POs) and product reception for maintenance and services Maintain an up to daily file tracking all ongoing, planned, and completed tasks Ensure remains accessible to management Maintain inventories and lifecycle planning for equipment and infrastructure Oversee budgets, timelines, and technical to ensure cost-effective outcomes Emergency & Support Support the Head of Maintenance in emergency and resource insurance claims X and regular reports for management Identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements Stay up to with emerging technologies and best in on-call and provide support during extraordinary events Profile and experiences: Technical in building maintenance, electrical, mechanical systems X (CFC or equivalent preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance preferably in hospitality, or multi-site environments Previous experience supervising a team X is strongly preferred Good understanding of Swiss safety standards and building knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, access control, fire safety, emergency systems)Ability to plan and preventive and corrective maintenance activities Budget awareness and cost-control mindset Comfortable using maintenance tracking tools and basic systems (PO management, reporting, Excel)Strong planning, and reporting skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Team-oriented leadership skills with the ability to give clear instructions and follow up on execution Fluent written and spoken English and French, other languages a plus Other of contract: undefined period of time X campus (Route de Glion 111, Glion)Start May 25th, jidf85afe8afr jit0415afr jpiy26afr
