For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Home Care Nursing Assistant (m/f) Home Care Nursing Assistant (m/f) As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: Offering personalised care tailored to the patient’s needs; Carrying out a care round independently within a limited geographical area; Ensuring the traceability of care and essential information for the person’s care; Participating in the assessment of the person’s needs in order to establish a precise care plan; Working in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team; What we offer you: A reference structure specialised in home care, placing particular importance on personalised care and close relationships, Care rounds within a limited geographical area, by bike, car or on foot, Continuous day shifts, morning, evening or split shifts. To succeed fully in this role, you distinguish yourself by the following qualities and skills: You hold the Nursing Assistant diploma; You have at least 2 years’ experience as a Nursing Assistant; You have a successful first experience in home care; You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss care network – an advantage; You are organised, flexible and adaptable; You are comfortable with IT tools; You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable cycling; You are confident managing emergency situations independently and are in control of your emotions; You demonstrate great interpersonal ease and discretion; Your criminal record is clean.
