About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled IFS Finance Consultant to support our client’s IFS Applications 10 / IFS Cloud rollout across Switzerland. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced professional who can bridge functional expertise with practical system implementation. You will play a key role in ensuring that finance processes are configured, optimized, and aligned with business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the functional lead for finance modules in IFS Applications 10 or IFS Cloud.Analyze, design, and document finance processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).Configure IFS finance modules according to business requirements.Support system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Collaborate with project stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and third-party consultants.Provide guidance and training to end users on IFS Finance functionalities.Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions within IFS.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery in alignment with project milestones.RequirementsProven experience as a Functional IFS Finance Consultant (IFS Applications 10 and/or IFS Cloud).Strong understanding of finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Reporting.Hands-on experience in IFS configuration, implementation, and testing.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.Experience in Switzerland or familiarity with Swiss financial regulations is advantageous.Nice-to-HavePrior involvement in IFS rollout projects or ERP implementation projects.Experience in cross-functional collaboration with technical teams (developers, integrators).Knowledge of IFS Reporting and Analytics.
