Enterprise Business Development Manager

A highly sought-after position has become available for a results-driven Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our organization.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building a pipeline of new enterprise opportunities from the Fortune 2000. This field-based position requires at least 60% of your time spent traveling and visiting customers, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional value.

Your key responsibilities will include managing and developing assigned named end-user accounts within your region, utilizing your expertise to close opportunities and achieve targets. You will also be responsible for developing and executing account strategies for all end-user accounts, including creating account plans and introducing the latest products and solutions to drive growth.

Main Responsibilities:

* Build a pipeline of new enterprise opportunities from the Fortune 2000
* Manage and develop assigned named end-user accounts within your region
* Closing opportunities to achieve targets
* Develop and execute account strategies for all end-user accounts
* Introduce the latest products and solutions to drive growth
* Support and deliver training to consultants and specifiers in your region where required
* Conduct regular market analysis to determine customer needs
* Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and association meetings
* Collaborate across different business areas to efficiently deliver solutions
* Maintain accurate forecasts using provided tools

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* At least 5 years' experience managing key accounts
* Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
* Previous experience selling physical access control solutions is an advantage
* Experience in solution selling environments, specifically SaaS and/or Cloud-based licensing models, is desirable
* Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
