* Lead and motivate the Reservations team
* Ensure first-class customer service and a positive guest experience
* Oversee daily operations in Reservations
* Train and develop staff
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Create reports and analyses to improve service quality

* Completed training in hotel management or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in the Front Office & Reservations area, ideally in a leadership position
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* High customer orientation and problem-solving abilities

* Language skills in E, D or F, any other language an advantage
