Process Performance Expert

Responsibilities
1. Business Process Diagnosis and Improvement: Engage in comprehensive diagnosis and improvement initiatives, either as part of larger projects or independent efforts.
2. Process Documentation: Develop thorough and precise documentation to assess current performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Performance Assessment: Evaluate business process performance to meet organizational objectives and identify efficiency improvements.
4. Implementation of Improvements: Implement changes to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency, involving stakeholder consultation, coaching, data analysis, research, and facilitation.
5. Recommendation of Improvements: Develop metrics, propose improvements, and secure stakeholder approval for changes.
6. Post-Improvement Monitoring: Monitor process performance post-implementation to ensure sustained outcomes.
7. Contribute proactively to the achievement of team objectives.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in accordance with EH&S policies.
Qualifications
1. Degree in business or technology sciences with expertise in processes and systems thinking.
2. Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean certification or equivalent, with proven hands-on experience.
3. At least 5 years of experience in business process improvement, preferably in Sales & Distribution environments.
4. Experience in Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Finance processes.
5. At least 2 years of experience with process modeling tools (ARIS, Adonis, Signavio); ARIS preferred.
6. Strong knowledge of business process design techniques and best practices.
7. Experience with performance management systems, KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and their integration with business operations.
8. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
9. Project Management certification or education.
10. Understanding of human collaboration and cognitive mechanisms.
11. Effective communication, presentation, moderation, and workshop facilitation skills.
12. Proficiency in MS Office.
13. Good time management skills.
Other Requirements
* Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.
* Hybrid work model with at least 3 days per week in Oftringen, CH.
