PpbRole /b /p /ppAs a Business Developer Director in Life Sciences you will lead the business development activities and act as the first point of contact for customers, partners, new joiners and public authorities. At Visium, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and shaping enterprise-level AI Data strategies within the Life Sciences sector. This is a high-impact position where your entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills will directly influence enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. /ppIf you are motivated by results, enjoy leading teams, and want to shape the future of AI Data strategies for top organizations, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one. /ppbResponsibilities /b /ppAs a Business Development Director in Life Sciences, you will: /ppbClient Acquisition Revenue Growth: /b /pliLead the identification, engagement, and acquisition of new enterprise clients in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech, and healthcare organizations. /liliDevelop and execute strategic outbound initiatives, including executive-level networking, thought leadership engagements, and targeted outreach campaigns. /liliQualify and prioritize opportunities to align Visium’s AI Data capabilities with client business objectives.br/br/ /lipbSolution Discovery Client Alignment: /b /pliConduct discovery meetings with C-level and senior stakeholders to understand critical business challenges, regulatory considerations, and innovation priorities in life sciences. /liliShape tailored proposals and presentations that demonstrate how Visium’s solutions accelerate RD, optimize operations, and improve patient outcomes.br/Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and measurable impact. /liliMaintain deep knowledge of the Life Sciences sector, including trends in AI, data analytics, digital RD, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.br/br/ /lipbLeadership Team Development: /b /pliMentor and develop junior business development and client engagement professionals, fostering commercial acumen and domain expertise in life sciences. /liliDrive a culture of collaboration across sales, delivery, and marketing teams to maximize client impact and market presence. /liliDefine performance goals, track progress, and share insights to optimize team effectiveness. /lipbMarket Expertise Strategic Insights: /b /pliMaintain deep knowledge of AI Data platforms, cloud infrastructure, data engineering best practices, and emerging technologies. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership and strategic insights that shape long-term technology partnerships. /liliCollaborate with marketing and delivery teams to design targeted campaigns, proposals, and solution offerings tailored to platform engineering challenges. /lipbRequirements /b /ppTo succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including: /pli6 - 8 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic consulting, ideally within the Life Sciences sector. /liliProven ability to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth in complex, regulated industries. /liliStrong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and fostering commercial and technical expertise. /liliExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and highly results-oriented. /liliFluent in English, German/French will be considered as a plus. /lipbBenefits /b /ppWhat we offer /pliA competitive compensation package /liliA yearly education budget to steep your learning curve /liliA yearly sport budget because a fit body leads to a fit mind /liliA flexible working culture because your work-life balance matters to us /liliA position that enables you to have an impact on 1’000s of people, and the whole company's growth. /liliAn international, knowledgeable, and passionate team with a strong collaborative mindset /li
