BJob Description /bAs an HR Operations, you support the Local HR Managers and HR Business Partners in the professional management of employee life cycle activities for our site in Thalwil. You contribute to a positive employee experience by ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of administrative and operational HR processes. You are a key point of contact for employees for HR-related topics and support the local implementation of global HR initiatives and processes. You work closely with the HR Managers/Business Partners and collaborate with the global HR Team to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient HR operations.br/br/This role is located in Thalwil, Switzerland.br/br/bYour Responsibilities: /bliProvide administrative and recruiting support to employees and managers throughout the employee life cycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding) /liliSupport payroll for different European countries in close collaboration with the payroll provider, Local HR Managers and Finance /liliSupport the implementation of local and global HR initiatives, processes, and policies /liliEnsure accurate, timely, and compliant data entry and maintenance in HR systems and personnel files /liliAssist or drive organization of local trainings, onboarding sessions, and team events /liliAct as a reliable interface between employees, managers, and the People Team /li br/bYour Skills and Competencies: /b liYou bring 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role /liliYou have completed further education in HR (e.g. HR Assistant, Sachbearbeiter:in Personalwesen or equivalent) or have gained comparable practical experience /liliYou bring experience or strong interest in HR administration and HR operations (employee life cycle administration, data management and data quality, recruitment support, labor law, social insurance) and are comfortable working with HR systems and Excel /liliYou work independently and reliably and demonstrate empathy, discretionas well as dedication to providing an excellent employee experience /liliYou are curious, open-minded and interested in HR best practices to proactively support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working /liliYou communicate fluently in English and German (both working languages); additional national languages are an advantage /liliYou must have authorization to work in Switzerland. /li br/bWhat are your perks? /b liA multicultural and international company with over 60 different nationalities /liliProject-based activities working with colleagues distributed across the globe /liliA start-up and innovation mindset while in the process of scaling-up processes and efficiencies /liliHybrid working model flexible working hours /liliA strong learning environment /liliNice location on the Zurich lake side, 15 min away from Zurich with public transport /liliSport activities, Team events, “Friday beers”, barbecue and an amazing roof terrace /lili25 days of vacation a year, employee insurance contribution taken over by employer and additional contribution from the company to the pension fund, participation to public transport costs /lili... and discover even more by talking with us! /li br/
