About the job: In this position, you’ll take ownership of a nationwide sales territory in Switzerland, driving business within the MedTech and Diagnostics OEM space .
You’ll work remotely while being regularly on the road, building relationships, identifying opportunities and developing new business across the market.
Tasks: Actively develop new business across Switzerland within MedTech & Diagnostics companies
Manage and grow existing OEM customer relationships
Identify customer needs and provide technical, solution-oriented sales support
Drive opportunities from first contact through to closing
Build strong relationships with engineering, R&D and procurement stakeholders
Manage pipeline and activities via CRM
Represent the company at customer meetings, events and trade shows
Qualifications: Experience in technical sales (e.g. pumps, components, fluid systems or similar)
Experience within Medical Devices is required
Existing contacts within MedTech / Diagnostics companies in Switzerland
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to open new accounts
