These experts help us source and sell the world’s most exciting investment opportunities.
We’re now looking for a Partnership Development Manager to expand this global network — finding, meeting, and onboarding new partners who help us acquire and sell assets across all categories.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
* Identify and acquire new partners such as auction houses, galleries, dealers, brokers, and private sales companies.
* Represent Splint Invest at events, fairs, and conferences to build relationships and pitch our concept.
* Negotiate and onboard new partners, ensuring alignment with our quality and transparency standards.
* Collaborate with our analysts to connect new experts to ongoing buy/sell opportunities.
* Track and report partnership pipeline, outreach success, and conversion metrics.
* Act as a brand ambassador — explaining how Splint Invest brings access, liquidity, and transparency to alternative assets.
Requirements
What You Bring
* A born networker who loves connecting with people and making things happen.
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in luxury, collectibles, or finance.
* A solid understanding of how art, car, wine, or watch markets operate — and curiosity to learn more.
* Excellent communication and pitching skills — you can explain complex ideas simply and convincingly.
* Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, etc.) are a major plus.
* Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and occasionally beyond.
* Entrepreneurial energy and persistence to build a global network from scratch.
