**Senior Account Executive – Switzerland** **About the role** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Account Executive** to join our growing sales team in **Switzerland**. In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans within your territory. You will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise accounts, while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.This position requires a proactive, consultative sales approach and the ability to navigate complex organisations. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams - including pre-sales, customer success, and marketing - to deliver world-class solutions that enable customers to accelerate their digital transformation journey.5–10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within testing, DevOps, automation, or SaaS solutions. Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders across technical and business functions. Strategic mindset with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
