We are looking for a highly motivated colleague with a strong commercial and analytical mindset to join our Sales Excellence Team in the Coffee Systems Division in Aarburg, Switzerland, reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence.
As Commercial Contract Manager, you will establish and manage standardized, legally sound contract and compliance frameworks across the global Coffee Systems organization. You will be responsible for drafting, coordinating, and overseeing commercial contracts, reducing legal and financial risks, and enabling reliable, profitable customer and supplier relationships.
Acting as a central interface between Sales & Service, Commercial Excellence, and Group Legal, you will define clear processes, enhance cross‑functional collaboration, and support efficient contract lifecycle management to enable the strategic development of the Coffee Systems Division.
You will be part of our Graduate and Early Career (GEC) Program of 18 months, which enables you to:

Your tasks
Contract Lifecycle Management
5. Drive the implementation of the new Franke Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, including piloting, training, user support and ongoing development
6. Develop and implement contract standards in line with corporate and group requirements
7. Independently prepare and review commercial documents and contracts
8. Manage contract filing and archiving for Switzerland and export regions (APAC & EMEA), including deadline tracking and audit-proof documentation
Commercial Business Partnering
9. Serve as the first point of contact for Sales & Service on all contract-related matters, coordinating with Group Legal
10. Challenge and support Sales & Service commercially in customer discussions and negotiations
11. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines during contract finalization, and continuously improve these guidelines
Requirements
12. Completed Master's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a legal focus) or Business Law, and first relevant work experience
13. Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is a prerequisite, other languages are an asset
14. Strong understanding of - or willingness to learn - commercial, contractual and digital compliance topics
15. Ability to translate legal requirements into practical, scalable business processes
16. Ability to drive change and support teams in an international context
17. High attention to detail paired with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
